How it works...

The first step is simply a telephone conversation. We will take some basic details and discuss your project and requirements with you.

Once we have an idea of what your project involves we will provide you with a list of the relevant fees and costings. Once you are happy to proceed we will get you booked in for a full measured survey.

On the day of your survey, we will meet at your property to discuss your project, requirements and your vision in further detail. We will then complete a thorough survey taking accurate measurements so that we are ready to produce your drawings.

Now we are ready to produce your initial design (normally within two weeks) and send it over to you for your approval.

After tweaking the design/drawings until you are happy with the final product. We will compile all the relevant documents and information and get your application submitted to the local authority (if an application is required)

We fully manage your planning application keeping you in the loop throughout. We will liaise with the local authority and if any amendments or further information is required, we will discuss this with you and satisfy the requirements without delay.

Once planning permission is granted we will be able to produce your building regulation/construction drawings. If you have opted for a "full plans submission" we will submit your drawings to building control on your behalf for approval prior to works commencing. We can explain this process in more detail and advise during our initial consultation

If you require structural calculations for your project, we can arrange for these to be completed by a qualified structural engineer.
